My name is Tara Hansen. I’m a professional real estate agent with experience working with the intricacies of educating my clients on the buying and/or selling process, making sure all options are discussed but letting the client make choices that are right for them.  As a former teacher I firmly believe being educated is the foundation of making good decisions.  I make sure that my clients have a thorough understanding of the buying and selling process as well as current market trends so that they can make sound decisions with their largest investment…a place to call home. Whether buying or selling, I treat all of my clients with honesty and integrity throughout the transaction and beyond. 

Outside of work, my husband of 23 years and I enjoy watching our two youngest children participate in sports (football, wrestling, and track) at Appleton North. Our oldest is a student at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.  Our household is rounded out with our dog Summer, a chihuahua terrier mix, and our cat Lily. I also enjoy reading, yoga, boating, worshiping at Faith Lutheran Church and exploring different area supper clubs with good friends. I am very engaged in the Appleton schools parent organizations and even donate a portion of my commission to the schools when I close a transaction with a school district employee.
