The Creation of a Real Estate Powerhouse

Since 1978 when JackDrzewiecki started Acre Realty, it has been a fixture in the Fox Cities’ real estate landscape. Jack partnered with Bob Karisny is the early 1980’s – and their strong partnership immediately set a standard of integrity, hard work, and industry knowledge. With Bob and Jack firmly entrenched on the “Mount Rushmore of Real Estate in Northeast Wisconsin” – they passed the torch to Mike Karisny in 2015. In 2020, Mike partnered with Wade & Annette Hetrick, whose servanthood and drive helped Acre Realty to achieve new benchmarks.

In 2022, Mike Karisny was named to the Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW). In 2025, Mike was awarded that RANW’s highest honor, when he was named the “Jim Smith Excellence in Professionalism Award” winner.

In 2026, Wade and Annette transitioned to the role of “Office Managers at Acre Realty” [further amplifying the tremendous culture of its team] and Stacey Hennessey became a co-owner of Acre Realty with Mike Karisny. Stacey and Mike have both been consistently ranked in the “Top 200 Agents in Sales in the United States” (out of over 2 million+ real estate agents in America). Much more importantly, Mike & Stacey have made integrity, fairness and philanthropy the cornerstones of their company. As Mike approaches 40 years in real estate and Stacey nears 20 years of service, their goal is to continue to give back to their agents and Northeast Wisconsin’s communities as much as possible. The Acre Realty of today shows unparalleled growth, becoming one of the largest independent real estate companies in the State of Wisconsin and the Midwest.
