Mark Kubeny is a real estate data analyst and market strategist with a deep focus on residential housing trends in the Fox Cities and surrounding communities. His work combines nearly two decades of real estate experience with advanced MLS analytics to help agents and teams better understand market conditions and make informed strategic decisions.

Mark received his Wisconsin real estate license in 2006 and began listing and selling homes as a solo agent in 2007. During his years in production, he became a top-producing agent and played an active role in agent training, specializing in database management and Facebook marketing strategy. His ability to blend business development with practical systems thinking quickly set him apart.

In 2015, Mark transitioned into the role of Director of Agent Development for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, where he supported and coached more than 400 agents across 14 offices in Northeast Wisconsin. In this role, he focused on agent growth, performance improvement, and operational strategy, earning the company’s Above and Beyond recognition for his impact and leadership.

Beginning in 2018, Mark shifted his focus toward advanced real estate data analytics, with a specific emphasis on the Fox Cities residential housing market. He now builds custom datasets, dashboards, and analytical models that go far beyond surface-level statistics, revealing pricing trends, inventory dynamics, buyer and seller behavior, and long-term market cycles. His insights support internal strategy, business planning, and marketing direction, equipping agents with the knowledge they need to confidently guide their clients.

Outside of real estate analytics, Mark enjoys outdoor adventure travel, hiking, and exploring national and state parks, especially around Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. He also enjoys golf, movies, music, trivia, jigsaw puzzles, and a great cup of coffee with a scone. Above all else, Mark values time with his family, which remains the most important part of his life.
