My name is Amy Schulz and I am a Wisconsin native with strong area connections and a solid background in customer service. I pride myself on my quick response time and ability to put my clients first. I listen carefully so I can thoroughly understand my client’s needs, whether it is finding their dream home or assisting them in getting top dollar for their investment. My high energy, passion, and expertise in real estate sets me apart from others and are what my clients are looking for.

I am a huge advocate of higher education.  I have Associate degrees in Accounting, Software and Business, a BA in Accounting, my MBA with an emphasis in Project Management and Healthcare Management as well as Certifications in Microsoft.  I am currently working on an Associate Degree in Software Development.  Learning and growing are very important to me.

I was recently married and gained three wonderful stepsons.  We also have a German Shepherd, Frankie, a Bernese Mountain Dog, Quinn, and a cat Willy. Spending time with extended family is very important to us.  Traveling is one of our passions and in our spare time, we enjoy time at the family cabin in Ironwood Michigan.  Additionally, my craft room is my happy place as I love to be creative.
